A full staging report will include in depth details by room, along with suggestions for paint considerations and CURB APPEAL.

Selling a home through a divorce is an emotional and stressful situation, not to mention often times it leaves the home partially furnished with random items throughout the house. We all know and statistics prove that a furnished home sells quicker than an empty one. This home had been listed for 6 weeks with hardly any showings. The MLS photos and marketing materials were not great, but the house itself was priced to sell but it did not show well. Once the house was staged, redesigned and curb appeal was improved it was needing some new photos and marketing materials. The home was staged with some furniture, accessories, artwork and with “lifestyle touches”. Professional new photos were taken and the home was under contract in two weeks after 3 showings.
